We had four days off with my husband. I loved everything! On arrival at the reception treated with drinks, and in the room on the bed on a tray of Lukum))). Every morning for breakfast is prepared according to your order: omelette, eggs, pancakes, as well as a variety of pastries, orange fresh. At breakfast, the service staff is very attentive to each guest. We got to the hotel for my birthday, so at breakfast all the staff congratulated me with a cake with candles and lights Bengali (free) - was very pleasantly surprised! The room is cleaned every day, everything is clean. Also appreciated the spa: went in the evening after dinner and were almost alone, not counting 2 people. The pool is small with cool water, but after the sauna is the same)). There is a steam sauna, Finnish, hammam, massage room; near the counter in the spa there is a table with free fruit and a drink - very pleased). The hotel also offers free baked goods during the day. On the day of departure we received small gifts. In the restaurant at the hotel we had dinner once, the rest of the city - there they are on every corner. All the sights are at 10 min, the Grand Bazaar at 15 min. We used river trams - they cost 5 lire and walk in all areas, which is more convenient and cheaper than taxis. Heating from air-conditioning, the heat becomes in a few minutes.

location is ideal - in the heart of the city, right by the Gulhane Park and tram stop of the same name. It is 5 minutes walk to the railway station and waterfront. Right around the hotel is a bunch of great restaurants. rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Water, tea and capsule coffee are regularly refilled. Breakfast is tasty and nourishing, you should remember about the possibility to order eggs, omelette, porridge, waffles, pancakes, cappuccino, latte in addition to the buffet. staff of the hotel is as friendly as possible. At checkout gifts are given.

They booked a double deluxe room, we were given a triple one without asking. It is certainly more spacious and more expensive, we do not need a third bed, a double room has a beautiful glass wall between the room and bathroom, we did not have, bed was not a double, two shifted. the truth is there was a second toilet.

Last week, my daughter and I, we stayed 5 nights at this amazing hotel. The comfort of the room is total, the bedding, the pillows, the air conditioning. The bathroom is spacious and has a fantastic shower. Everything is full of details. The decoration of the hotel is beautiful in all the rooms. The cleaning is perfect. The location is unbeatable; sightseeing at 5 minutes walk from everything, transfers to the airport by tram. A street full of restaurants, shops, atmosphere, and at the same time quiet. The treatment of the staff is incredible: friendly, attentive to all details, concerned about our welfare, with a permanent smile, they make you feel special. For example, on the 8th, International Women's Day, we were welcomed with a red carnation at breakfast. We have not enjoyed the spa due to lack of time, and we are sorry, but we have seen it and it is a beautiful space. Without a doubt, it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I recommend it for all kinds of guests: couples, family and groups of friends.

There's absolutely nothing negative

The property was extremely convenient with extremely helpful and very responsive staff at the reception desk, I really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were very nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable. Everything was fantastic, including savoury and free breakfast with live music.

Hotel staff was helpful. All of them had good knowledge of languages, they stayed calm even with hard clients. Most important - hotel has very good location!

Room was a little bit too small and there was no space for laptop. Also no any chair in the room.

The calmness and the good location being close to the main historical places.

I feel the rug should be replaced and furniture wood renovated or re-painted.

I can only express my total appreciation of my first tour of Istanbul. I was a wonderful experience and i told all of my friends about it as well as my hotel accommodation. I cannot stress enough how pleased I was with the arrangements that were made. You can be assured i will definitely recommend the Romance Hotel to all my friends and colleague.

The Gülhane tram stop is practically at your doorstep. The hotel's amenities, like the hamam and swimming pool, were a good surprise. Breakfast was a real treat, setting us up for the day ahead. We appreciated the personal touch from the staff, especially when they went the extra mile to.

My kids wished there were more activities specifically designed for them.
